Becoming a licensed Real Estate Appraiser requires years of training and experience.

What is an appraisal?

Acquiring a home is the most important financial decision most will ever encounter. It doesn’t matter if it’s where you raise your family, an additional vacation home or a rental fixer upper, purchasing real property is a complex financial transaction that requires multiple parties to make it all happen.

You’re likely to be familiar with the parties taking part in the transaction. The most recognizable person in the exchange is the real estate agent. Next, the bank provides the money necessary to fund the deal. The title compay is responsible for nsuring all requirements of the transaction are completed and that a clear title transfers to the buyer from the seller.

Therefore, who makes sure the real estate is consistent with the purchase price?   In comes the appraiser.   We provide an unbiased opinion of what a buyer might expect to pay – or a seller receive – for a property. A professional Georgia licensed Real Estater Appraiser will ensure you are informed.
